Green beans with garlic
A simple way to use green beans wih garlic as a side dish to along with any meat dish.


Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add the beans and cook until just al dente, 6-8 minutes. Pour out of the pan and put in a bowl of ice cold water to stop the cooking and retain the fresh color of the beans.

Step 2

Heat the oilve oil in a large pan over medium-low heat. Add the garlic slivers to it and fry until brown. Toss in the beans and mix well.

Step 3

Dress with extra virgin olive oil and serve.
