Honey marmalade and mustard glaze

A unique combination of honey, orange marmalade and mustard glaze to coat a prepared leg of ham to be roasted on high heat to result in a sweet and flavorful glaze on the meat.


Step 1

In a small pan, heat the marmalade, honey, mustard, star anise and the cloves in a small pan until the preserves have melted. Stir and set aside.

Step 2

Use to baste the cooked meat just before putting it into a preheated oven.

My Notes

1. The glaze will work well on a Turkey as well as roasted duck.
