Hot and sweet mustard sauce

A unique combination of mustard, brown sugar and cider vinegar that needs to be made in advance and works as a perfect dip with a roasted leg of ham.


Step 1

Mix all the ingredients together till the sugar dissolves.

Step 2

Leave to chill in a refrigerator until needed.

My Notes
1. The dip is a good accompaniment with roast duck and Turkey as well.
