Roasted Almonds
Roasted Almonds are a great snack to serve or have ready at home to munch on. They have been an essential ingredient in a Tapas spread at home for years.


Step 1

Heat the oven to 200° C. Roast the almonds on an Auminium foil for 12 minutes. Check if they are just browned. If not leave for a few more minutes. It is important to not leave them in the oven longer than required as over roasting the Almonds make them bitter and burnt to taste.

Step 2

Leave to cool for 5 minutes.

My Notes
1. You may blanch the almonds and mix them in sea salt to make salted roasted Almonds.
